I've seen one that sat outside for years, filled with marvel mystery oil and then worked by hand until it turned over. They then dragged it down the road in gear until it stared. It smoked like a Floridian brush fire for about 10 minutes. But the dude's been driving it for a few years now. I was amazed!!! Not something that I would do, if you have the mechanical ability I'd go with Magnus and take a look inside. Take the plugs out, and manifolds off so you can see in the ports. Spray some Marvel oil in the ports and plug holes and let it sit. Then working it back and forth by hand. Don't not force it if it gets stuck. If it gets hung up look through the ports and plug holes to ensure there is nothing stuck in there, If you can get it to turn over by hand, then use a compression tester with the schrader valve core removed and watch the pulse it should be 120ish. If that's all good , reassemble and give it a try! Good luck!
