wastegate porting in kent/renton/auburn?

anyone know of a shop that i can go to and have my waste gate ported? i really don't want to do it myself and I'm willing to pay a little bit to just have it done.

note: this is in prep for running more boost and some other things.

not sure i want to take a rotary turbo to someone that mostly does rear mounted turbo kits on muscle cars.

ArmyOfOne 04-08-14 10:27 AM

What turbo do you need ported?

sp0ngebob 04-08-14 12:03 PM

s4, stock...bone stock.

this is in preparation to run and RTEK 1.7 and about 8-9lbs (from stock 6lbs max).

This is not hard to do. There should be someone around that could help you out.

sp0ngebob 04-09-14 10:06 AM

most of my issue is laziness frankly. I do all my own work but this time i just dont want to bother pulling the turbo and then disassembling and porting then putting it all back together. id rather just take it somewhere

please explain what makes your "rotary turbo" different from other turbos?
especially a stock pile of shit s4 turbo, I'm interested in knowing

sp0ngebob 04-11-14 10:14 AM

nice, asshole. way to take a shot at someone for no reason.

your e-penis feeling small?

go set your self on fire.

Lol^^^

notveryhappyjack 04-11-14 12:16 PM

I'll set myself on fire right after you explain how your series 4 turbo is special from all the other turbos that came factory from cars built 30 years ago, asshole.

While you're also being an asshole please explain how a turbo expert like George isn't qualified to fix your turbo. Dude has been building turbos since before your mother was mistakenly knocked up and gave birth to you.

sp0ngebob 04-11-14 12:19 PM

go George. i bet he's glad to have you as a representative of his company.

but you're still a dick. enjoy that.

Smh guys.

It's rather simple to pull the hot side off your turbo and there are several people here willing to help you port your wastegate.

shit I ported mine with the hot side still attached, just stuff some rags in the center then vacuum all the shavings out.
