Spotted: beat up FC with FMIC

FC GXL, dark blue or black, beat up body, missing front bumper, decent sized FMIC, nearly silent exhaust....... Seattle area
If you are here... what happened to your car? Or is it a project???

Did the car have aftermarket wheels? Could be turbine's FC... But I don't think his front-bumper is off. His FMIC also has a large Greddy logo on it...
