Looking for mentors/friends!

Hi everyone! I'm so glad to have found this site, I recently picked up an 84 RX7, it's my first project car and I'm pretty much a noob. Just looking for people that would be interested in pointing me in the right direction and/or be friends.

Hey, good luck with your project, just starting a '79. It's a long and expensive road, but there's a beast at the end.

Hey, welcome! I'm in Shoreline. I don't have an RX7, but I have a TurboII motor going in a Datsun 510.

Eastern Washington myself, glad to help if you need it been working on my 79 since high school and I need to tear down and rebuild my 12a from sitting for so long again after I had it running. But I have had to do everything else up until now. Body panels, tranny , drive line. So many damned interiors. But I can rip out a dash in 10 minutes so hey that's something entire interior in a hour or so

We started doing monthly meets back in February, but Covid threw a wrench in. We have a local FB group where we post the meets. This forum is pretty dead.
