my seven got jacked
 

it happened last night between 10:30 and 3am. i got a call from my friend asking if i wrecked my car. i said no why? he replied "cuz my brother just picked it up out of someones front yard." i freaked out and ran outside to see my car was gone. i ran down the the tow yard to look at it. the aftermarket bumper i had molded to my fenders was ripped off and in my passenger seat all fucked up. the tie rod on the passenger side is bent and the motor for the headlight was broken off.

i had to pay 200$ to get it back in worse shape than i left it. the bastard wrecked it near edgewood and jumped into the car who was following him and took off. i think im gonna camp out in my far sometime during the week. this is the third attempt since june.

just incase the fucker knows me and is on this forum, if i see u near my car im going to fucking kill u. im sick and tired of people jackin my shit.

That fucking sucks. I'm going to do a kill switch for my shit asap. Why are sevens all of a suddenly being jacked. why cant they just stick with the hondas.

i sorry, that sucks. one time someone tried to steal my 7 from my drive way and set off the alarm long story short i ended up in the middle of my drive way at 3 in the morning with a loieville slugger screaming at the top of my lungs while naked.

Thats screwed up! I have a little tip for you and anyone who doesn't want thier 7 stolen though. I spent a few years installing home and car alarms. There is almost no way to deter a really determined thief, BUT, if you make stealing it more difficult than they are prepared to risk, your safe. So.....
This is what we did that hasn't failed so far as I know. You need to buy an alarm system, cheap ones are fine for this. You wir it normally EXCEPT for your power source, which you wire to a small 12 volt battery hidden inside the car. In addition to the stock horn, you mount the loudest, smallest horn you can get under the console or any hidden spot inside the car. you'll have to install a low voltage charge circuit to kkep the remote battery charged, but It's extremely difficult to steala car if you can't disarm the alarm, and the horn inside is breaking your eardrums to boot.

I've done the starter disable,fuel pump disable etc. but most thieves know about those and ways around them. I haven't seen anyone get around this yet.

PS- don't mount the alarm brain under the dash or seats. remove a storage bin and mount inside.

Set a trap
 

If its been the 3rd time just set up a trap and get them or disconnect your battery before you go in for the night. Most of the time they wont even look to see if it has a battery. I would personally set a trap, park the car in a dark place with no lights on the street and just sit back and wait with some red bulls and a baseball bat. Bring a friend :)

i think what happened was, the tranny i put in recently sux ass and it wont shift from 3rd to 2nd..... i have to go into first then 2nd.... so i think he tried to down shift and realized it wouldnt and tried to maybe hit the ebrake (also fucked) and crashed... haha
