Local history on this FD?

I've talked to the owner briefly over text, going to run a carfax tonight. Any one have info? Seems fair priced, which is rare for an FD in the NW

Last four are 1872. I passed on it, going to try and find something with a little lower chassis and hopefully engine mileage. I am curious on anything you find Jeff. I am sorta keeping that car in mind as a last resort.
