Formula DRIFT Enters Evergreen Speedway

Evergreen Speedway is the oldest track on the circuit and was originally built as a horse-racing track. Located in Monroe, WA, Evergreen Speedway is only a short distance from Seattle.

The Pacific Northwest fans are some of the most die-hard drift fans in the nation. The energy and excitement is often compared to that of Irwindale and the original "House of Drift." The event's headline moniker, "Throwdown," lives up to its name as drivers push their vehicles to the limits of the track's banking and tight transitions through the course resulting in one of the most exciting action-packed events of the season.

Tweak, sorry to see that hood fly up, was a bummer, you were really looking good out there!

Lol, a person on my pit crew had the hood pins in his pocket. XD I'm not bummed at all. I finished up 3rd, and was just happy to qualify Friday. Each time I advanced it was just bonus points. My goal this year was go qualify at each event and not die, and thankfully I have done both so far. :D

Thanks for coming out, I hope we put on a good show. We look really bad compared to the pros. lolol

It was my first time out and I completely missed the pro am runs but I did hear them calling for you tweak! Congrats! Had a chat with Kelly while you had just left your pit for your last runs, missed ya by that much.

It was definitely an awesome day, although I was kind of bummed matt powers got knocked out by gittin jr. At least powers went out with a show.

I have a few pictures of tweak on the track, I'll post them up when I download the pictures on the computer.

I did not see any fcs or fds in the car show on saturday? Where were they all at?

While wondering through the pits I stopped and played a lap of GT5, ends up I won the Ken Gushi Scion FRS time attack video game challenge.

the reason I won the challenge is because I play gran turismo too much, funny how their prize was a special edition copy of the game I already own. Too bad the prize wasn't a new scion...
