WTB this piece of trim that goes under steering column fits around hood release lever
 
Would like to buy this piece for a LHD car. One pictured is RHD. 
Not sure exactly what it's called or part number, any info on that would be appreciated.

took mine off to assist,

Part number is FD01-64-281 , least on my 93.

Vent tube that connects to it is FD01-64-772 as well.
