Knight Sports Carbon Fiber Engine Cover

Knight Sports Carbon Fiber Engine Cover for the FD3S.  Knight Sports also made these for the Turbo II FC3S and RX-8 at one point. This was discontinued in... 2005?

Anyhow, I bought this out of Thailand many moons ago.  It's got some spidering in the clearcoat, but if someone were up to the task - they could probably make this thing shine again.

DM any offers if you're interested.  I'd much rather someone did something with it, otherwise, back into the attic it goes!

This is tempting!

Nice rare piece! Id have been all over it if I was still using the REW intake and if it didnt have those holes. The Japanese will cut up anything!

The holes are for access to reservoirs / oil cap. 👍

I meant the drill holes below the UIM area. Prob could be filled and painted to not notice as much especially once it’s relacquered.

I was wondering about that as well. I understand that all the other cavities but those drill holes were made after the fact.

I *believe* there was a Knight Sports plaque riveted on there at one time. If you got creative, you could probably cover it with a sticker or find / make another plaque out of thin aluminum.
