Won't start please help
 

I have a 1991 mazda rx7 not a turbo. I parked it on Christmas it was running fine. I tried to start it 2 days later it started but stalled out. I tried to start it again but it wouldn't start. I changed the plugs and wires and it still won't start. If it makes since it sounds hollow when I try to start it. Everything turns when I try to start it too. Please help

Thank u. But after that I disconnected the fuel lines and what came out was yellow and slimy. So I connected a jumper wire to the check connector and then turned it over and no fuel came out. The fuel pump makes a sound but it's not loud. After I got ur reply I tried to deflood it and it wouldn't start. At a loss what should I do now. If u cud help it wud b gr8. Thanx

If no fuel is coming out of the lines even with the jumper on and you hear the pump, you need to disconnect the fuel lines from the pump (located in the hatch, under the left side) and try with the jumper connector to see if fuel will come out.
If it has fuel coming out: check lines or fuel fiter for clogs
If it does not have fuel coming out: Check fuel pump and sock
Have you checked your fuses in the engine bay? If it stalled out, it could just be the fuse that went

is it cold in VA?
could your gas be frozen?

Which fuse wud have went do u think? None of them look blown. The filiments still look intact. I guess next step is the fuel pump. Where wud the fuel filter b located? Jus letting u know I'm a 36 year old female but I'm not stupid and I can do a lot more than some of them men I have met. I jus need to get my car running again and I can't depend on anyone else to do this for me. So any and all help that I can get is gr8ly appreciated. N no it's not cold enuf here for the gas to freeze.

A multimeter set to continuity will tell you if a fuse is good or not. The filter is basically located below brake master cylinder. If you removed the return fuel hose and placed it in a jug followed by jumpering the fuel check connector and turning the key to on the hose should fill up the jug rather quickly.

As I said above, you need to disconnect the fuel lines from the pump (located in the hatch, under the left side) and try with the jumper connector to see if fuel will come out.
