Wiring on a FC Turbo 2

Ok so first I’m trying to get my thread count up to unlock new features. But something I wanted to talk about was my FC T2. When I bought it a guy cut a lot of wiring on it and tucked it away. My goal is to buy everything I need for it and start rebuilding it to my own preferences. Now my question is if the car is not broken and still running should I just build around all the cut wiring or should I replace the wiring and build with it?

What do you mean by this?
Can you be a little more specific and maybe add pictures of what he has modified specifically.
If it's bad then rebuild the whole thing (what he modified) if not just build on top of what he has already.

Ok I can’t take pictures I’m currently not home. Its not like it’s been modified it’s the guy deleted things. I been in Afghanistan for awhile so I don’t have the specific parts. I’m mostly just asking because when I get home I’m going to start building it. It runs great and has no issues. That’s why I’m asking if it isn’t broken should I just keep building and playing or should I pull everything and rebuild it all. When I get home I’ll be more specific but I’m sure one of the items he deleted was the idle air control valve.

It's really up to you. As you've said, the car is currently working. On the other hand, people do some ... well ... really DUMB stuff when it comes to wiring - at least, that has been my experience. That said, at the end of the day, it will really come down to what your plans for the car are, how you plan to facilitate them, and (very importantly) how did the guy go about doing the wire tuck and whatever else. For example, you mentioned the deleted BAC, now that may very well be something you may want to use in the future. Will you choose to get another OEM harness or will you simply find whatever is left of the factory wires/pins and wire up your own? Personally, if it were my car, I would probably go over the wiring and do it myself just for peace of mind.

Well thank you. I been thinking about it and a part of me wants to rip everything out and build it the proper way and the way I want to do it. Thank you for the advice
