What are these?
 

I started pulling some of the interior because I want to evict the furry companion that came as a bundle deal with the car (I will get him!) and I came across these laying loose with the spare tire in the 1st Gen. What are they?

The kinda look like license plate lights .

They are huge! I just pulled one apart and they are indeed the license plate lights. The clear lenses were spray painted black! Thanks! I didn't want to pull it apart until I had an idea as to what they were.
