Urgent help!
 

Ok so i had a post a few days ago about an rx7 i got that will not start. I managed to start it off starting fluid. But now im trying to figure out the fuel pump. Im been reading a lot about fuel pump relays. I have a 1987 mazda rx7. And ive tried looking for the fuel pump relay. Most say its behind the passanger side headlight. But i cant find anything just 2 unplugged connectors. I have a picture of it. Would anybody be able to figure out if im missing a relay? Im not sure of it. Pic below.

Am i missing a relay or those are usually unplugged?

Is the car a turbo or not as only the S4 turbo would have a fuel resistor relay while the NA does not have a relay under the air box.

The car is N/A does that mean im not missing it?

Correct. If the car has not run in a long time the primary injectors (used on start up) might be clogged. You can jumper the fuel check connector and w/key to on you should be able to hear the fuel pump turn on. You could also disconnect the fuel return line and place the hose in a jug and w/the fuel check connector jumpered and w/key to on you should see fuel poring into the jug. You could also isolate the circuit opening relay, which powers the fuel pump, and see if the Blue striped wire has voltage w/key to start as this wire powers the pump. The relay is Black and Yellow and is located just to the right of the steering wheel under the dash. Has 2 rows of wires (3 on top and 2 on the bottom). Top right wire is the Blue wire which powers the fuel pump. Checking this wire is likely the first thing to do and if it checks out you might then want to check the fuel pouring into the jug trick.
