Under the hood electrical questions

hey im just wondering what im missing and what this one wire was for? would like to get these figured out before I put the new fuel pump and battery in it. if anybody could help me I much appreciate it cause im horrible at reading wire diagrams. part diagrams im good but I have problems with wire diagrams.

the first pic is a black wire that runs from a knockout on the firewall and it runs next to the hood release. looks like the wire is supposed to run to the battery.

the second pic is a set of plugs that on the passenger side by the fender well and run almost under the CAI housing.

the third pic is up near the battery and are around the AAS unit.

Pic #3 are check connectors so they should not be connected to anything.

Pic #2 Green plug is a check connector. If the Yellow plug houses a Brown wire and a black wire then that is the fuel check connector used for diagnostics relating to the fuel system.

Can't really see pic #1 clearly. With respect to the battery there is a Black wire which runs from the positive battery terminal to the engine fuse box which provides power for these fuses. The terminal at the fuse box is on the side closest to the battery. If your fuse box is missing this wire then in all probability the wire in the pic is it.

thanks satch.

ill check the fuse box to make sure that is what that wire is for. I was kind of hoping that's what it was. we have made a similar set up on the '69 mustang mach1 my father and I own. we needed an electric fan so the radiator could keep cold so we did that and added some interior lights and a fan that ran on a fuse box I hid under the dash.
