Turns, Cranks, has spark, and has fuel but no run

Hey guys, I'm new to the rotary, but I recently picked up a 88 na 13b FC, and I've had it for about 2 months now. The guy I bought it off of basically gave up on getting it running, and I'm the closest I've been yet to getting it to turn, but it just won't. I changed the oil, and it was army green. Has spark all sparks are good. 2 out of the 4 injectors are 100% working for sure because I changed them and did new wires. The other two haven't got the chance to look at them because they are a pain to get to I just haven't had the time yet. The guy I bought it off of said the compression is good. Although I haven't tested it yet, I am planning on it. I'm an 18-year-old high school student just trying to get this damn thing going, lol. The end goal is for it to be a drift car, but I really just want to drive the thing. It's been sitting in one spot since I got it. My last thoughts are compression, even though he said it was good and the timing being off. Still, I don't know that much, so that's just my thoughts, but if anyone can help me out with anything or any advice being a new person to the rotary world would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Also if anyone would like a video please text me with your name and tell me your from here and I will send you videos! 937-215-0466. First thread so doesn't really know what I'm doing and won't let me upload the video.

Bummer. First thing is you need the Field Service Manual. Get it here Foxed.ca - Mazda RX-7 Manuals
With fuel and spark it probably is timing or no compression.
Have you pulled the plugs and listened to the sound when cranking?
BTW, welcome.

welcome to the board. :)

the first thing you should learn about cars in general, is take nothing for granted.

let's start simple. you've confirmed spark, so let's start there.
1. make sure all the plug wires are where they need to be.
2. confirm the timing with a light or just go through the install procedure for the CAS

from your description, it sounds like you replaced the secondary injectors, but the thing is you need the primaries at startup and idle. obviously, you need all four for the car to run right, but for now if you only have 2 known good ones out of the 4, then they should be in the primary rail. while we're on the subject of fuel, you should make sure the lines are not reversed.

for compression, a real test is obviously best, because it's the onl way to actually know what you've got. however, until you can make that happen, you can pull the plugs and turn the engine by hand and see if you're getting six distinct (and even) sounds as you rotate it.
