i recently bought a 93 vintage red fd, and im going through the troubleshooting for the sequential system now. at the point where it says to KOKO 6 times and look at the charge control and turbo control for actuation, my charge control opens and closes but my turbo control (below the turbos) does not. am i correct in understanding the turbo control should actuate with KOKO? my boost pattern is 8 to 4500 then slowly falls down, i didnt get 4 psi at wot in neutral , but i do have 8 psi under load. ive already ordered new boost hoses and the vacuum/pressure chambers hold

so i have done the bypass valve and the charge relief valve tests and port B on the diagram seemed to "pop off" around 8 psi... this should be the source of my problem right?

I had the same issue, it ended up being the "charge control solenoid" {F} on the diagram was leaking. It switched over when 12v was connected but it simply couldn't hold the vacuum, especially when it warmed up. Search how to test your valves, solenoids, etc and you'll find your problem.
