turbine size

hey guys im wondering wthat is the proper size of a turbo for street cuz i seen some of the setups here with an exhaust housing of 1.00 and bigger. Im kind of confused because i had an eclipse gsx with .48, i had mustang turbo with .81 n people here have 1.00? I want to get rid of my twin setup but i want something with fast reponse. Im new with rotaries so idk if the turbo need to be t3/t4 or full t4? My goal is low 11s thats all i want but i want to be able to chrage that turbo quick cuz is a street car. Any help is good thanks.

Get a GT35R with a 1.06 T3 hot side.

Rotary engines need a larger turbine side then piston engines. It is not uncommon to use .90 and above (generally around .96 or 1.0) T4 turbines. If you are getting a T3 based turbo such as the 35R (which is an awesome turbo for the street and will make 400HP with great response) then you need to go bigger then 1.0. In many cases, a stock or street port car will be happy with a .90 or .96 T4. More aggressive porting will require a larger turbine housing.
