TPS Adjustment?

Hello, I just got a 87' Turbo. Car is pretty stock everything expept fuel pump.
I replace the wablo 255 pump on it.
I have idle issue and hesitation problems around 2K~3500rpm.
My idle is always around 2K after car is warm up. I tried to adjust idle control valve
but it's all the way down and no more adjustment.
hesitation starts on around 2K~3500rpm when step on more than half throttle.
my feel like fuel is cut off when that happened.
I checked TPS and adjust it many times with voltage checker, but it's always shows different#, and car start idle up and down all the time after engine got warm now.i guess, my adjustment is wrong and starts happen. I need somebody
help for TPS adjustment.I read some web site for adjustment, but everybody has
different it. What I did is after car is warm up shut off the motor and use the voltage checker and adjust 1Korm.

Some things to look at

Sounds like you are using the right procedure for that method of setting the TPS. There is also a led method, search for more info. Check if the throttle cable or cruise control cable is too tight and holding the throttle body open. Also, there is a 'throttle stop' screw that can be used to set the idle. FC3Spro.com has a good writeup on this and a lot of other troubleshooting info. Lastly, the thermowax assembly could be stuck and holding the throttle open. I do not know if the thermowax units are prone to failure, but something to think about.

Check the info on FC3Spro regarding you hesitation and see if you can narrow down the conditions in which it happens.
i.e. does it do it in neutral?, is it boost cut?, etc.

Backprobe the top wire on the TPS plug, and adjust the screw until it reads 1.0V. As you were doing before, this has to be done with the engine warm so that the thermowax retracts. If your idle is over 1k, you can't make this adjustment, so as mentioned, check that the throttle plates are settling.
