Timing

I've been wondering how rotaries are timed but I can't find any information. Does anybody know where I can find this information?

OP...it helps if you specify what year car you're asking about. Timing methods changed alot over the years on the RX7. Maybe just indicate what car you own in your signature, that way you don't have to remember.

I searched Timing and it is lacking in the Info Dept..

try "Stabbing CAS".(this would be an FC Thing)
That is often talked abut and directly related to timing marks, etc.
