Throw out bearing question

Hello, Well i got my clutch and pressure plate on the way and im wondering what i do about the throw out bearing. Do i need to get one for a 1990 rx7? or are all the 13b+5speeds the same? And is there anywhere on the internet that is cheap?

Thank you for any help and tips.

Go get one from Partsource Cole.about 45 bucks.
it will be a MOOG bearing most likely.(or Federal)
Mazda can get you one too.

The trannies should be the same for any series 5 and for the throw out bearing most of your auto parts store should carry them for cheap, special order of course, unless you are looking for an aftermarket....they should go for like 20 bucks for a stock replacement.

Napa..Partsource..Canadian Tire ...(not Cdn tire though, seriously)
Napa can get you a Throw out bearing, just go to the parts store and ask for a Throwout bearing for a 1990 Rx7.
So Easy even a "Caveman can do it"..lol!
