Smoked Wires Near Battery Terminal (Fusible Links?)

Smoked Wires Near Battery Terminal (Fusible Links?)

It looks like I mixed up the two battery cables when I reconnected after a Winter in Storage. The positive battery cable splits to main plus a slender cable that terminates at a small junction box. Three slender wires sheathed in fire-proof insulation loop in and out of the junction box. These three wires burned before I could remove the cable from the terminal. I'm looking for replacement parts or suggestions on how to approximate the function of the parts.

Yes - you smoked the fuse-able links. Swap out with Busman fuse. https://www.rx7club.com/1st-generati...ement-1124923/.
