Secondarys injectors not firing? RTEK 2.0

1990 GXL W/ RTEK N350

Some History of the car:
There was an electrical problem before that would turn off my cluster lights, warning lights and radio while driving BUT the car did not stall. was still able driving home.(Not sure if it turn the headlights off) So I got the alternator tested and checked the battery(1 year old) via RTEK and gauge. No problems on both ends. I've put everything backed together and the problem has not came up...No errors either, Yet hopefully

Secondarys injectors not firing? Once I turned on the car I monitored the parameters for

Pri.Inj.P/W:
Sec.Ing.P/w:
&
Pri.Inj.Ratio:
Sec.Ing.Ratio:

and the Secondary parameters does NOT show any numbers.(All Zero'd Out)

I rev'd it in neutral past 3500rpm and while driving.took it to 7000rpm and still no numbers from Secondarys.
seems to drive fine, no major bog or hesitation. just a flat power delivery.(Previous electrical problem has NOT come up)

Read somewhere about testing "fuel pump resistor relay"and these are the OHMs from it

Multimeter set to (200)OHMs

A-B=1.7
C-D=80.7
E-F=2.6

Will test the Sec.Inj plugs next.

Thanks for Reading,

you can backprobe the secondary wire pins at the ECU, they should read about 7 volts to start when active iirc according to the FSM. voltage will likely increase as the RPMs and injector duty cycle rise.

The secondary injectors do not work while idling or while reving in neutral for they require load to fire.

The fuel relay you speak of is not related to your problem.

The secondaries use the pressure sensor and AFM for load along w/the TPS. To create load while in neutral you could unplug the TPS and remove the vacuum hose to the pressure sensor and while reving in neutral it will replicate driving conditions.
