Just wondering if I can swap my secondaries into my primary fuel rail?

Like a drop in and go...

Probably not. While they are both the same CC and will fit fine in the primary fuel rail youll probably run into problems. I've read of people doing that on an FC and ran into the dreaded 3k RPM hesitation, among other problems.
