S5 ecu to s4 chassis harness

Guys, i have a s5 engine n transmission in car but need to rewire the s4 chassis plug to work on the s5 ecu, any links to anyone that did this pictures will be greatly appreciated!

I don't believe anyone has done it because
a) a s4 wiring harness doesn't have the same amount of wires as a s5
b) the wiring differences are hellish and practically impossible to accomplish

what exactly are you trying to do? your post isn't very informative

as well your location, i'm not sure whether you have a USDM right hand drive or a eurospec.

We have jdm cars all rhd, im tryin to het a s5 ecu to work on a s4 chassis harness

Completely different. Install the S4 engine harness on the S5 engine, if that is what you are trying to install in the S4 car.

Example: The CAS is on the engine harness on the S5, it is on the alternator/starter harness on the S4.

That is just one of the major differences.

Guys wad about swapping to a s5 body harness? Wud it be difficult to connect the brake lights n power windows switch currently in the car?

It’s been done and there is a write up on this forum. Within the past two years. Don’t have the time to search for it

I’ve ran s4 ecu on s5 engine for years. Then again never ran a stock ecu, always trek or power fc. S4 electronics are cheaper anyways. Just mind the increased compression ratio and different split timing
