The headlight has a retractor fuse in the engine fuse box so check that. If the fuse is good then you would find constant power to the White/Green wire it powers.

Find the headlight relay up in front of the engine bay near the nose of the car and to the side of the battery. Has 4 wires with two of them being Red and the other wires are Red/Green and White/Blue. The head fuse (same fuse box in the engine bay as the retractor fuse) powers both Red wires so check to see if they have constant power (no key necessary). If they have power then ground the White/Blue wire to see if the headlights turn on (not pop up but just turn on).

Do a search (google) or check on youtube for an amperage drain test (could be caused by the alternator etc.).

W/respect to the turn signals check the 15 amp turn fuse. Locate the CPU (next to the interior fuse box). Has a few plugs. Focus on the plug w/7 wires. W/the turn signal lever set to right turn the Green/Yellow wire at the CPU plug should have voltage. Does it? The Green/Red wire in the same plug should have voltage w/the turn signal set to the left turn position. If the flasher unit has voltage on the G/R wire w/the lever set to right turn then the Green/Black wire in the same plug would also have power and this wire powers the turn signal bulbs.
