Flush the fuel system, replace filters, have the injectors professinall serviced and check your grounds.

3k hesitation

aaron has pointed in a good direction about having the injectors cleaned. But it's a fair amount of work to get them out. pretty sure there are some vacuum leaks that could cause hesitation, too. if the hoses are old and brittle, that might be a quicker, easier place to start.

any thoughts on this, aaron?

The upper intake has to be removed to get at the injectors, which honestly, probably has to be done anyway to replace all those nasty leaking vacuum hoses. Just label connectors, take pictures if necessary, and it's easy. First time it will take 45 minutes. Next time it will take 5. :D

True, it is a lot faster and easier after the first time. Getting the accelerator and cruise control cables off is what takes the longest for me.

I think I'll poke around the board to if anyone hase posted some hints for that.

i appreciate the tips i kinda of have a feeling that there is a ground problem because if i have the head lights, heater and stereo running the lights on the deck cuts out

of those vacum lines have inline restrictors?
