RHD/LHD Crossmember interchangable?

Hi guys,

I have a RHD fc3c that was crashed by the previous owner and has positive camber on the drivers side as a result. All the suspension components seem to be fine, so I thought it might be the crossmember. But before i went about buying one I wanted to be sure that a could used a LHD crossmember as a replacement. Does anyone know if they are interchangable?

Thanks in advance

I'm not 100% sure a LHD crossmember will work, but I am led to believe they are interchangeable due to Mazda reusing existing parts where practical to save development cost. Also, when asking a question about the crossmember, PLEASE specify where the car was damaged and if it's a S4 (86-88) or S5 (89-92) so we can assist you better. Lacking that knowledge, here are the part numbers I've gathered for the S4 to get you in the right direction.

S4 LHD Front Crossmember is FB01-34-800G, Vert is FB67-34-800G
S4 RHD Front Crossmember is F044-34-800G, Vert is F055-34-800C

S4 Rear LHD Crossmember (subframe) is FB01-28-800C for first batch of cars, FB43 used on cars built after 11/1/1985, RHD is FB43-28-800G.

All FC RX7s use the same suspension arms for all regions.
