Racing beat or A’PEXi exhaust?

Hi I was recently given a FC that had been sitting for about 10 years and the stock mufflers both have large rust holes, and are begging to be replaced. I don't know much about any of this so any information would be useful. Ive been looking at getting two Racing Beat cans from MAZDATRIX (http://www.mazdatrix.com/e86-92.htm), or i just say an APEXi set up that looked good "A’PEXi GT Racing Exhaust" any thoughts or opinions would be helpful. The RB cans are $243 ea and the APEXi setup is $490. Thank you for your help.

Personally I'd go with the Racing Beat exhaust. The specs are on their web site. The rotary engine can be hard on exhaust systems, so a rotary system will normally be thicker walled tubing etc. Besides with the Racing Beat setup you know it'll fit right and you won't have to hassle with custom this and custom that. Make sure you get the right ones though. They carry both the stock mufflers/components and their road race components. They warn you that the two systems do NOT mix. It's really a matter of personal preference but if you're new to this, then simple is best.

I've had RB systems on pretty well all the cars I've had.
I hate the stock cans.(bumble bee sound)
The RB exhaust is a heavy exhaust system (about 70 or so pounds, easily,TII exhaust), But the Tone and it's durability make up for the Weight.Street wise it is a good exhaust, but if you need a lighter exhaust then I can't help ya.!

Thanks for the imput, these systems are both at the top of my price range, but if you feel that another set up is better I'd love the imput. Right know im leaning toward the RB due to the simplicity of installation.
