Possible Setups for a 400 WHP FC

Hey, so I'm going to start this by saying that I'm entirely new to rotary engines and that I don't even own and RX-7...yet. I've previously been a part of the Honda scene until recently. After having been able to drive a few rotary mazdas and delving into how a rotary works, I fell in love with the engines and decided I'd love to get one of my own.

Now to get closer to my actual question, I've narrowed down from price-range and availability that I want to obtain and build up a FC, even if that means buying a roller and taking a few years to build it.

So, I'm wondering how realistic a goal of say 400 WHP would be on a FC Turbo II. The car would need to be street legal, would not need to pass any sort of emissions and would not be a daily driver but would preferably be reliable enough to be a fun weekend car.

As for a price-range, I won't exactly say money is no object, because that's far from true, but I don't intend to cheap out on this car as I'd hate to build something to blow it up.

To sum it up, keeping in mind the goals set above, is 400 whp a realistic goal?
If so, what are your preferred paths of making a similar hp goal?

(I understand the general answer is "Search More", and I assure you, I have and will continue to, I simply posted this here because I want to get started on the right track before I go out and start spending money. If this doesn't belong here, my apologies.)
