OMP and Power Steering Deletion

Hi! I have a 1993 fd3s Rx7, everything is disassembled and out of the engine bay except the oil lines and other miscs. I need advice in order to proceed to the following two modifications:

1. What are the things you need to remove if you want to delete the OMP?

OMP --> block off plate.
Oil metering lines --> trash
Nozzles --> replace with screws ??
Use premix.

Is there something else you can delete INSIDE the front cover?
Am I missing something?
Thank you.

2. What's the process to fully delete power steering ?

Remove pump and mount
What do I do with the lines in the engine bay?

What belt will I need to run only the alternator and waterpump?
My pulleys are stock.

Bump it as i just bought an 88 rx7 gxl that has the engine and trans out of the car so getting rid of a few things is a plus. I already asked in another thead but, what is OMP?

Most people loop the inlet of the rack to the outlet of the rack with a short hose, and all the other P/S lines go away.

Only alt and W/P? No air pump? You'll need an idler pulley. Pineapple makes one. But that has nothing to do with P/S delete since P/S is on a different belt shared with the A/C.

Ok, I got the same solution on another forum, I think I'll go for that.
It's much more simple than doing this.

And yes, no air pump. Just made the search on Pineapple racing: idler pulley + 42" belt for stock pulleys @ 169$.

Thank you for the information.

Now I need to figure out the OMP delete procedure what needs to be done if you start from a stock rx7 fd3s. Mine isn't stock, but it's a better base for an explanation.

OMP --> block off plate.
Oil metering lines --> trash
Nozzles --> replace with BOLTS (search for proper size and length)
Use premix..

Lol, come on ahah! Got that PFC already :)
Base map for breaking in the car will be done by pros.
Also am adding a water injection this year.
Full non sequential
Straight pipe 3" with resonated midpipe and jasma muffler
Boost controller
etc etc

I found out what the pros and cons are via ClubRxQuebec, they referred me to here lol...

There are the 2 main links.

Save your engine

With respect to HC's thread, I'm pretty familiar with it and generally agree. In fact it would take alot for me to disagree with HC on anything. So let me ask you...Why are you removing the OMP? Have you ever watched what happens to your injector-duty cycle during decel? It goes to zero....and sometimes for a LONG time and at a HIGH rpm. If you JUST pre-mix your hard seals aren't getting any lubrication during that time. So why not pre-mix, as I do, at a slightly reduced rate with a working OMP? With water-injection, carbon shouldn't be an issue, and you SHOULD be changing oil regularly anyway. If injecting sump oil is still a concern, you could go with a RA adaptor and source 2 cycle from a tank. While IMO that's the absolute BEST of both worlds, I personally don't think it's necessary based on my experience over the past two years.
IIRC, this issue is brought up in that link. I think some other very knowledgable people suggest doing just that on a streeted car.
Something to think about..my .02. :)
