Help no power to the starter or blower unit
 

Hi I tried starting my fd today and it turned over fine then I got a fizz noise so know a fuse blew and now there isn’t any power to the starter or the blowers they both worked fine earlier today which fuse or relay needs replacing I read somewhere that they run off the same relay in one of the boxes in the engine bay I’m very new to these cars and can’t find what’s I’m looking for on the forum

ive done some reading into this would either the b1 or b2 fuse stop the blower unit wipers or the stater motor from working?
