A stab at what you're asking...
It's hard to produce much boost just sitting still in your garage. You need engine load.


This isn't English composition class, but a little more effort to make a comprehensible title and complete sentences would help.

Like Sgtblue said the engine needs load to build boost. Revving the car in neutral wont do it.
