Can you please be more specific. Interior power as in? Acc power? Dash lights? Dome light? Etc

With electrics it can be a pain but usually it's the simple things that are the issue. If I was you....I would start by making sure everything is plugged in. Then check all the earths are clean and connected, there's various in the engine bay and behind the interior dash. Look at the factory service manual, it shows all the earth points.

Once this is done check all the fuses located in the footwell (not sure if the same on LHD but on my RHD they are in the drivers side footwell. Best way is get a multimeter and put it on the continuity settin and touch the probes to the 2 metal points on the fuse head. This way no need to pull them out one by one. If it beeps, it's good. If it don't, it's fried.

Do this also for the fuses in the black boxes in engine bay.

Lastly check all your relays, pull them one by one, take a 9v battery with the round + and - terminals on the top and touch them to 2 pins on the relay that are opposite each other. Make sure you get the right 2 coil pins, if your not sure which they are they will be numbers 85 and 86. If still unsure just try both sets of pins. If it clicks it's good, if no click and you've tried battery both ways and all pins, relay is bad.

This is long process but you can eliminate the most conmmon fault factors. See how you get on.

Still no power

Did all of that today still no power i did however come up with a theory

The ignition is not sending power to everything all the car does is crank and certain buttons work i think rats chewed the wires somewhere

BUT when i first started the project the interior power worked i came back the next day and got nothing the last thing i remember doing electrically was beeping the horn and playing with the radio then everything went blank all relays are good and all fuses are good by the way all grounds are SUPER shiny i got them VERY clean the visible easy to reach ones anyway and i dont think wires are disconnected because they worked previously and the cars been in my family no other owners and nobody has touched it anywhere in the last 16 years besides me
