more fc problems
 

So I put the new trans in and it shifts beautifuly and everythings working well. But I have another small problem when its cold and I start my car it dies when I give it gas what could be the problem? Also when I did my trans I put my car on ramps, and I'm doing a tune up today and wanted to use jack stands but my pinchwelds are rusted and are not safe to support the car, I tried using the sub frame but when I jack it up too much the back suspension lifts and the back tires almost left the ground. What are some other front points I can jack the car up by nd use jack stands?

If the weather is cold the car, when started, should idle at about 1500 rpm until it slowly drops to about 750 rpm. Does your car do this and if not how does it idle.

Well its hit or miss sometimes it idles and stays running and others it'll idle at around 15 for 5 seconds and die out. I thought maybe it was due to low compression so I'm about to do an oil change and drain nd refill all fluids and hope it helps
