Low compression on '87

I ran a compression test and all of the pulses were even at about 95. What im trying to figure out is what SHOULD the compression be? Also if you have any diagnostics as to why im getting even pulses at 95 would be appreciated. Thanks

95's still considered healthy. So, once you get into the 80's, start saving for your rebuild kit.

You are not looking for excellent numbers, just three even bounces above 70 PSI.

3 even bounces of 85 PSI or above is GOOD. Readings above 110 PSI is GREAT!

3 even bounces of less than 85 PSI: indicates that motor is tired, and indicates engine should be rebuilt before causing damage to rotors or rotor housings.

95 psi is good. The minium spec in the FSM is ~82 psi IIRC.

85 psi @250 rpm...and max permissible difference between chambers is 21 psi
