injector problem!!!
 

hey guys can some one help me in having trouble with my injectors...i have an 1986 mazda rx7 non turbo i jus got it i cleaned the injectors and they are now all firing...but the fuel rail on the intake manifold those injectors are ???? when the injectors are on the intake manifold they dont fire on start up?? now are they primary or are they secondary?? now the 2 under the manifold are??? if anyone can help message me please asap i need to get this car running my name is Andy... thanx guys :nod:

The ones under the manifold are primary. The ones on top are secondary. Only the primary injectors should fire when starting the car or runnings around town. The secondary injectors will only come on when under a load (WOT, accelerating up a steep hill, etc.).

The secondary fuel injectors (located on the Upper Intake Manifold) do not come on until 3,800 RPMs. So, the fact that the secondaries are not kicking on at start up, is not your issue. Because they're not supposed to.
