Help! What is this on the intake TII? (pic)

I was doing some work on my TII s4 and I found a vakuum-hose that were loose and I cant find where to put it!!
I've searched the forum for hours and I just cant find it..

It's a big vakuum-hose and it goes from a "thing" on the intake between the secondary injectors.
The upper hose on the picture:

That's the cold start assist valve. It sprays coolant into the intake when it's very very cold. But the whole thing can be removed due to the fact that it's useless according to Mazda and everyone else.

Thank you! I'll just plug it then :) I never use the car when it's cold anyway..

A healthy motor starts fine in the cold.
