I would unplug the connector at the blower motor and turn the fan switch on. Using a multimeter, test for 12V at the connector. If you have 12V, pull the blower motor, which is super easy, and apply 12V directly to the blower motor's pins and see if it spins. If it does not then it has failed. If it does spin and you have 12V at the connector for the blower motor then the motor should spin. If you do not have 12V at the connector, you need to test the fan switch and inspect the wiring from the switch to the blower motor.
