You will have to be more specific in your description.
(my car has noise under the radio at WOT.it is the wastegate opening up!)

What kind of noise do you hear?.grinding,moaning.exhaust?..

Has the car had the "emissions deleted"?
The car is suppose to idle at roughly 750-1000..so 1.5 to 2k is too high.

regarding the high idle and having to artificially maintain engine speed when stopping, check for a vacuum leak.

Now it wont turn over
And yes full emissions delete.
And it sounds like something is bouncing off shit and increase as the rpms increase kimda like a bb hitting metal sheet.
Grounds good. Got charge. Af ratio decent rich as hell but idle is terrible. It dosnt even idle. It will start going up to 2 then drop then stay at 1500 then after 5 seconds repeat back up to 2

get a compression test. short of that, pull the plugs and turn it by hand. see how many pulses you get.

The motor is fine it revs all the way and is fast as hell it just dies when i come to a stop so i downshift through all gears and heel toe to a stop...i did hit a bump and i think my oil pan has a big dent or its the desighn ....

Akagis_white_comet 08-13-14 10:59 AM

A dented oil pan would not cause these issues as it is essentially a separate chamber from the rest of the engine.

As Diabolical1 said, this sounds like an Air/fuel issue and with the searching idle, my gut is saying vacuum leak. Grab some carb cleaner and spray around each intake gasket while listening carefully for changes in idle. If you're running too rich, it will most likely stumble and try to stall as the carb cleaner behaves like fuel when introduced into the intake at a leaky joint.

If you've not already done so, do a compression test. It is the tell-all crystal ball for our engines
