GSL-SE FB, FC or FD? Vehicle info is extremely helpful.
If it's leaking from the rail, yes, it could in fact be a damaged o-ring. When installing injectors, I find it's best to rotate them as you press into the rail. This keeps the o-ring from getting pinched. The other possibility is a leak at the fuel lines going in/out of the rail. Replace with high pressure fuel injection hose if the case. In what way are your RC injector o-rings different from stock? FC injectors use an 11mm o-ring (if I recall right), so as long as it's the correct diameter for the rail & fits the injector, it'll work. |
Its for an s4 fc i took out the injector one of the o rings was off put it back on running fine now

but seems to not hit boost as hard as it use to

thats not good.. you have any wideband controller that could tell you what your running? lean rx7s=explosions...

Before installing your uim perform a fuel pressure Leak test. Make it a habbitt after repaceing injectors....

I recently had RC clean, flow, and replace all o-rings/pintle caps on my S4 TII injectors. They appear to be the same as what I pulled out. Fit in my S5 TII rails perfectly also.
Did you lube the o-rings when you installed? I always take a bit of vaseline and run a super thin light layer around the O.D. of the o-ring. Also light twisting when pressing into the rail. http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/...-59-44_558.jpg |
i think r are same as stock o-rings

As long as the size is the same it shouldnt cause any probs, the only reason its there is to seal it and as long as it does that its fine.
