first startup with new oil metering lines

Im in the process of figuring out my wiring issue with a manual swap, but in the meantime...
the drivetrain came out of an 88 vert and i swapped front cover, intake and such over to the s4 engine and during the process i broke a metering line and ended up replacing them all. Now, when i get the car to eventually crank, will the engine be damaged with empty metering lines? Alot of time, cursing, and effort has gone into this car, and id like to hear it run!

It will be fine.
By the time the engine cranks over a couple times and sucks vacuum, the Omp lines should fill.
If you are really worried then take the vacuum spider and apply vacuum to it to get the oil up into the lines. But honestly you should be ok,just as it is.
Start it up and hear that Baby run!

You could put some ashless 2 stroke premix in for insurance, as far as the amount I'm not sure.

Probably 1/2 oz per gallon. So roughly 8 oz for full tank, put the premix in first before you put in the gas.

I didnt think it would be an issue. Right now im trying to get the car to crank. I have another post about it, but im not getting the starter to do its thing, and thats the only thing stopping me from showing my boy just how slow that auto transmission was. Appreciate your input.

And whats up with the "exaust leak" under my name? Is that like my rank? A noisy, annoying leak...? Lol
