FD3S lowering spring options

hey guys, currently have some mazdaspeed coils installed and it rides horrible, looking to go with lowering springs and oem sock absorbers. I have two options, tein s-tech and bridgestone Potenza damper for street spring and shock combo, both costs the same. I have heard a lot of info on the tein s-tech's but non on the bridgestone setup :(

I think the Bridgestone potenza dampers were made by Tokico but these are not common here in the States. There's a good chance they're rebadged Tokico Illuminas if they're dampening adjustable but don't quote me on that.

they not dampening adjustable, so most likely rebadged tokico springs and shock

No personal experience, but a third option....I've heard positive comments on H & R's for the FD for lowering while keeping the ride quality tolerable.
