fc s5 na turbo 2 swap problem
 

ok so i dont no a whole lot about rotary but my broblem is that the car doesnt want to stay running it starts just fine and will run for about 5 to 10 seconds then die. but i can kinda keep it running it i give it a bit of gas. i have been trying to figure out this problem for a while now and have had no luck. also i was wonderign cuz i can not remember but when i first turn the key and listen to the fuel pump i can hear it running but it doesnt seem like the system pressurizes and i cant remember if i should hear the pump stop or not . any help woul dbe great thanx.

The pump does not run when the car is keyed on, only during cranking and when the engine is running.

Check for vacuum leaks.

Is the AFM plugged in?

yea i have the afm connected. is there any specific vacuum line(s) that it could be or just any one line ?

Check all the lines as well as the big black intake tube from the AFM to the throttle body.
