My Turbo setup is far from stock But I will take a wild guess that "that" is for the Recirculation Valve.Otherwise known as the stock BOV.
If I am wrong,My apologies.More experienced guys can say if it is correct or tell you exactly what it is.

OK all my emissions is deleted.. including BAC. Do I just cap it?
