Exhaust for 1988 NA Convertible

i’ve been trying to find an exhaust system for my na convertible and i’m having some trouble, i’ve been looking mostly at the racing beat systems but the full system for the na 86-92 aswell as for the 86-88 both don’t fit the convertible, is there any way i could get the full system to fit, or is there any other exhausts i could get that would fit?

if you look in the race pipe section on the racing beat site you will see a down pipe pre silencer combo for the convertible. any aftermarket cat back system will fit with that combo. i Suggest getting just the down pipe and a aftermarket universal converter and a cat back system of your choice. if you go with the pre silencer exhaust fumes will be bad especially with the top down. the only issue you will have with the cat converter will be it would need to lengthened to fit so you would have to take to a exhaust shop to get put on.

Also, i’ve been looking at the hks silent hi power cat back, but it im seeing it’s made for the turbo 13b’s, i’ve read that the turbo exhausts will cause power loss with the na 13b’s, is that also the case for the hks one?

I've had no problems with Bonez exhaust systems on my 1985 GSL-SE, might be worth a look. They have three systems for the FC's and I know from experience that my 85 GSL-SE system was "plug and play."
