Driver's side turn signals won't work.

The front turn signal bulb is rusted in place and I can't figure out how to get it out.
(Followed the manual already).
However, the rear one I already switched out and it won't work either.
So I assume there's something wrong with the wiring or..... ?
Anyone have any idea.
I'm kind of a newb with cars.
I know some basics.

I'm going to let the 2ndgen electrical guru's run with this one since I'm assuming you're talking about a 1990 GXL RX-7 based on yer SN... ;)

im not really sure how safe it would be but maybe hit that with some wd-40 to try and loosen it. but as for a reason it might not work the only thing i could think of is that the bulb in the front is makin it so that its not completing the circuit or a bad relay. those are my only thoughts...
hope it helps

Thanks.
I tried the wd40 a few days ago and it didn't budge at all.
I'm probably just going to give up and take it somewhere.

no dont do that. im sure with enough of us we can figure it out.. if you have to id say go to the junk yard and just cut one off anouth 7 and just swap it in. serious you will regret takin it to a shop. it will be at least 50 bucks for them to fix it. its not worth it. you can fix it a lot cheaper!

I can't find any junkyards near here, without even considering trying to find one with a 90 rx7 in it.
