I have an rx7 94 with a rotary engine in it. I took it for a rip yesterday and when I parked it my turbo timer must have shut off to early so when I came back there was a lil puddle of coolant underneath it. I checked out everything and could not find a blown line or anything wrong. Does anyone know what happened there.

Yes, some slick salesman sold you a turbo timer by convincing you that it actually does something. Not to worry, this is quite common, and after a while on this forum you will be much less susceptible to scams and fads.

Where exactly was the puddle? I'm guessing that it was not below the turbo timer.

It was right in the front, where the coolant line runs to a separate bottle, New to this so trying to figure stuff out as I go.

I think it just came from the coolant overflow bottle.

if you have puddles under your coolant bottle that is a sign of coolant boiling so much the expansion tank cant contain it. Check for air in your system before driving again, then you may want to buy some new radiator caps as that often causes this issue since they can no longer keep the system pressurized correctly. I had the same issue cost me a head on my old dsm because it failed halfway through an hour drive, by the time the needle was up it was already toasted.

Carefully check the everything for signs of leakage. Replace caps and check all the coolant hose connections. Then do a pressure check of the system. I think the chain parts stores will rent you a pressure tester and it's easy to do.
Coolant expands as it heats up and goes into the overflow tank. As the engine cools again it should be sucked back into the engine/system. Sounds like the vacuum that is suppose to do that is being lost...somewhere. Could also be something internal, but this would be my first step.
