So finally I got time to do the compression test on my 90 NA. The result are horrible, it reading 60 in the front rotor so I didn't even bother test the rear. I think that the problems that make the car hard to start when hot or is there another the reason to this?

low compression would make the car hard to start so either you can wait until it no longer wants to start or start saving to rebuild or replace the engine.

I am thinking doing the rebuild myself. Want to learn more about the car. If i can't do it I will just part it out lol

i encourage learning more about the car and the engine. it won't be an overnight thing and you're probably in for great frustrations, but if you're truly into this, then it will be worth it.
however, in the event that your "lol" was not indicative that you were kidding about parting the car out, i would suggest selling it as is and wash your hands of the situation. yes, i understand that the sum of the parts is greater than the whole, but you're still not driving while you wait for people to low-ball you and eventually buy something. get rid of it (hopefully to someone that will repair and care for it) and move on to something that you will enjoy better.

I was joking about parting it out lol. I love my rx7 too much that why I want to rebuild it myself. :)
