Coils or fuel injectors?

1993 Mazda Rx-7 TT /bone-stock

my car shacks when at idle, you step on gas the car shacks
and feels like its going to die, rpm bogs then goes back to normal at 800 rpm?
Is it because of fuel cut off, or bad spark? :Wconfused
