I had too unlock the passenger door too get in and still won't open has anyone taken the door apart before and saw where the mechanism for the door latch. I feel like it's going too be a pain too try and take the door apart when I can't get the door open

Never had the problem but I THINK you can remove the inside cover of the exterior door handle with the door closed. With that off, you should be able to access the two 10mm nuts that secure the exterior handle and be able to play with the rods. Guessing one of them has broken or become bent to the point it's not un-latching/locking.
Removing the inside door trim would be a PITA and almost certain to result in some damage to those plastic bits. You MIGHT be able to remove the 'cup' around the inside latch to access the rods from that end.

I'm not an Fd guy but I think they have a "upgraded" door handle that was made for that.
Seems the old stuff tends to break.I recall a Passenger door handle replacement that was produced anyways..(new..titanium shit..or sumthin..lol!)
you'll have to search the Vendor sections or the FS section..maybe the Specific or Archives too.

^ I think you're referring to the outside release handle . It's a hard plastic OEM piece and they have been known to fatigue and break . But if I understood the OP correctly he can't get the latch to release from inside either . That's what's making me think it is one of those rods .

have someone try to work the key in the door lock while someone else works the inner door lock. sometimes a certain combination of loose worn parts and a certain position will cause the lock to jam up.

I also had this problem on my 92 FD, you should definitely check inside of your door handle to see if the silver rod is bent.
